JOURNEYS (JourneysOmaha.org)

Recipient of the 2001 Omaha Award, the JOURNEYS substance abuse treatment program is a collaborative effort bringing together the expertise, knowledge, and mission of three COA accredited Omaha agencies sharing more than 260 years of caring for the needs of local youth and their families. These accredited agencies are the Child Saving Institute, Catholic Charities and Omaha Home for Boys.

These agencies work together to provide an array of residential, outpatient and aftercare services to youth ages 13-18, with substance abuse problems. The tiered services work with youth who have a range of addictions and where challenges may be complicated with mental health issues, such as depression.

Addiction, combined with the fears and anxieties common to adolescence, can be a dangerous and sometimes deadly combination. If you need assistance with a substance abuse problem, or know someone who does, please contact JOURNEYS at (402) 898-4135.
