Ross Szabo
Ross Szabo is an award-winning mental health speaker, advocate and author known for his brutally honest, relatable and humorous approach to discussing emotions. Diagnosed with bipolar disorder at age 16, Ross’s personal journey through mental health challenges resonates deeply with many.
As the CEO of the Human Power Project, he has spoken to over 1 million students, empowering them to seek help and understand common mental health conditions. Ross’s presentations are filled with tasteful humor and insights, helping participants recognize warning signs in themselves and others, and providing valuable resources for support.
