What information do we collect?

At CSI, we only collect information from you that you voluntarily provide when you subscribe to our eNewsletter, make an online donation or pay for events online. For each visitor to the CSI website, our traffic analysis program utilizes your computer’s public WAN IP address, not your email address, name, or any other form of personally identifiable information.

When subscribing to the CSI eNewsletter, making on online donation or registering for an event on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, mailing address and/or credit card information. We rely on a secure system offered by Bloomerang for any financial transactions. CSI doesn’t have access to your personal financial information. And, as always, you may visit our site anonymously at any time.

You may choose to provide personal information via the website. Such personal information is kept strictly confidential and is used for internal purposes only, including providing you with requested services, improving our marketing and promotional efforts, statistically analyzing website usage, improving our content and website offerings and customizing our websites’ content and layout. CSI also uses your information to create aggregate reports; however, these reports do not contain any personally identifiable information. This report is used to improve the CSI website and better tailor it to meet our users’ needs.

The traffic analysis software utilized by CSI does not record any personally identifiable information about your usage of the website. Rather, to improve your user experience, we look at broad trends in user behavior.

The feature is only enabled if you:

  • have a Google account
  • are logged in to your Google account when you access the corresponding website
  • and have turned on the “Ads personalization” feature in your Google account

If you do not wish to use this feature, you must deactivate the “Ads personalization” feature in your Google account.
